Keep your elearning web site open!

http://be.contented.com must stay active to track your test scores and the courses you've finished. If you close it before you've finished your study session, your test scores will be lost.

If you're doing a CONTENTED course or diploma and something puzzles you, check this page first, or the other Client Pages (left). Most likely you'll find the answer.

My test score won`t update

  1. Open the course.
  2. Make sure the learner homepage (i.e. the browser window with the course list, etc) remains open at all times.
  3. Complete the test. (Go straight to the test in the left-hand course menu if you don`t want to review the course.)
  4. After the test, click finish

  5. Then completely close the test browser window.

  6. Go to the my courses menu and check your test score is correct. Check your score before you log out.

How do I get a Certificate or a Diploma?

Pass any test with 70% or more and you'll get a PDF certificate by email. A Diploma consists of 10 courses and 10 tests. Pass all 10 tests with 70% or more and we post you a hard copy Diploma in Web Content.

I bought 3 standalone courses. So why can I see only one when I log in?

You need to enter all those access codes. Each time you enter an access code, another course will appear in your list of courses.

All my diploma courses have disappeared! Where are they?

The Home page is like your To-Do list: it lists only the courses you haven't finished. Your aim is to reduce that list to zero and graduate!

To see all the courses you have bought, click on the next item in the sidebar: My Courses. Don't worry: all your courses are there, finished or unfinished. They are listed under two tabs: Diploma and Standalone Courses. If you're doing a Diploma, click the Diploma tab and 10 courses will be revealed.

How long do I have access to my CONTENTED courses in writing web content?

For a standalone course, you have one month from the date you first view that course. For a diploma, you have 3 months. You'll get a reminder email about half way through that period, and towards the end. Keep an eye on expiry dates!

I don't think I can finish the courses on time. What'll I do?

Check our study tips: you have plenty of time—you just need a system. Once people start, they usually advance quickly, because CONTENTED courses are so much fun.

How can I change my password?

Just go to "My Profile" and change it there. Your new password must have 6 letters and 2 numbers and no funny characters.

How can I make my Contented learner page a Favorite?

You can't bookmark your login page or your learner page. You need to type in the main Contented elearning web address manually.

Who is my login manager?

You can see your login manager on your profile page. (Individual learners are their own login manager: it's just a formality.)

What does a login manager do?

Maybe your organisation bought licenses for a group of learners (not just you). If you are part of a group, the login manager for your group can see the progress and expiry dates of each learner in the group.

You're right, it is odd! Try closing the window of the web page that opened when you clicked. Some browsers don't let you have more than one external page open at a time.

The postal address on my profile is wrong.

Go to "My Profile". Change the address there and click Save. Otherwise your diploma will be sent to the wrong address!

The answer is no, no, and no. That's stealing. All our teaching materials are copyright: © Contented Enterprises 2006 IP Ltd. It's against the law to copy or adapt any of our slides or web pages, except for "fair use". (That means it's OK to quote short excerpts, say for reviews or reports, as long as you state that we hold the copyright.)
